Avalere Health seeks an Associate Creative Director, Copy to lead a team of art directors, copywriters, and strategists in delivering multi-media communications. The role emphasizes blending writing and UX to drive strategic insights for healthcare brands.

The ideal candidate brings 9+ years in creative copywriting, 3+ years in pharma, and a proven track record with drug launches. Hybrid/remote work options are available along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Multicultural experience and experience in both Healthcare Professional (HCP) and patient marketing.
• Experience working in Sickle Cell Disease or Gene Therapy contexts is required or highly preferred.
• Minimum 9 years of creative copywriting with at least 3 years in pharma.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and launch experience are required.
• Strong writing and design direction skills for interactive, motion, and print projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver breakthrough creative work and influence peers.
• Lead projects from conception to completion.
• Understand client goals and the clinical/competitive landscape.
• Staffing and scope assessment for projects.
• Develop client relationships and mentor junior creatives.
