Eliot's Behavioral Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that are evidence-based, providing rehabilitation and hope to those in services.
Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (License eligible or Licensed) to provide overall clinical supervision and lead case management staff working in outreach and residential settings. The Clinical Supervisor works within the multidisciplinary ACCS team to develop treatment plans for each individual served. In addition to supervising, the Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical interventions to individuals.
Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or one of the following licenses:
Community-based position out of Saugus MA, Malden MA, or Danvers MA. Mileage reimbursement provided. Drivers license and vehicle are required.
Starting salary: $70,000 annually. The sign-on bonus and salary are prorated for positions under 40 hours per week.
