Job description

Eliot's Behavioral Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that are evidence-based, providing rehabilitation and hope to those in services.

Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (License eligible or Licensed) to provide overall clinical supervision and lead case management staff working in outreach and residential settings. The Clinical Supervisor works within the multidisciplinary ACCS team to develop treatment plans for each individual served. In addition to supervising, the Clinical Supervisor provides direct clinical interventions to individuals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide clinical guidance and support in developing interventions and supervising team members.
  2. Provide direct supervision to case management and direct care staff, both in the office and in the field.
  3. Teach and model clinical interventions, strength-based strategies, and ensure services are culturally competent for persons served.
  4. Under the guidance of senior team leadership, provide recovery-based services focused on rehabilitation and individual preferences.
  5. Lead the intake process for newly referred individuals, including performing assessments, obtaining authorizations, completing crisis plans, and initiating person-centered care.
  6. Provide direct clinical interventions and adapt treatment plans as needed.
  7. Provide on-call backup clinical support to case management staff on a rotating basis.
Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Rehabilitation Counseling, or one of the following licenses:

  • LICSW
  • LCSW
  • LMHC
  • LRC
  • OT
  • RN
  • LDAC I
  • ABA
Flexible Schedules Available:
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
  • Full-time, four 10-hour days
  • Part-time, 20 hours per week based on your schedule
  • Part-time, 24 hours, 3 days per week
  • Weekend hours
  • Hybrid availability
Location:

Community-based position out of Saugus MA, Malden MA, or Danvers MA. Mileage reimbursement provided. Drivers license and vehicle are required.

Salary and Benefits:

Starting salary: $70,000 annually. The sign-on bonus and salary are prorated for positions under 40 hours per week.
