Job summary

Community Health Network, located at Lutherwood campus on the east side of Indianapolis, seeks a Regulatory Specialist to oversee accreditation and regulatory compliance. You will drive quality and improvement initiatives across programs and ensure adherence to licensing and Medicaid standards.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of experience with licensing bodies, accreditation processes, and compliance, plus a relevant Bachelor’s degree; strong organizational and change-management skills are

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Indiana Department of Child Services regulations for Residential and Contract Services
• Knowledge of Federal Medicaid regulations and PRTF program requirements
• Ability to develop and implement systems and initiate systemic changes
• Strong organizational and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and direction to maintain accreditation status with Council on Accreditation
• Ensure compliance with State Licensing regulations and Medicaid regulations
• Lead quality assurance activities and drive performance improvement planning
