Job summary

IU Health in Indianapolis is seeking an Accreditation and Regulatory Manager to guide readiness programs across facilities. This onsite role at Methodist Hospital reports to the Executive Director, Quality and Safety, with 5-7 years of regulatory experience and a nursing or clinical background.

You will lead teams, manage complex projects, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate interfacility survey activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare field required; Master's preferred.
• Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Requires current Indiana state license as a healthcare professional (RN or similar).
• 3-5 years or more experience leading teams preferred.
• CPHQ certification or comparable healthcare regulatory credential endorsed by System Regulatory Affairs is required.
• Requires experience leading complex projects or systematic performance improvement.
• Interfacility surveying and in-state overnight travel is required.
