Qualifications

• Five years of clinical or related experience in quality/performance improvement.
• Experience with regulatory/accreditation processes (TJC/CMS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external regulatory/accreditation surveys and communicate with TJC for guidance.
• Ensure accuracy of data submitted to regulatory bodies.
• Perform mock surveys to evaluate compliance with TJC/CMS standards.
• Develop tools for mock surveys and performance improvement initiatives.
• Educate leadership and medical staff on regulatory changes.
• Provide regulatory guidance to staff and operations leaders.
• Lead corrective action plans to address deficiencies.
• Maintain documentation and data bases for medical records review and regulatory processes.
