Job summary

Providence St. Jude Medical Center seeks a Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager to support compliance with accreditation standards and state/federal regulations, collaborating with the Director of Risk Management to prepare the local Ministry continuum for external standards.

This role requires CSHA or HACP at hire or within 12 months, 3 years in an acute care facility, and 2 years with accreditation standards and regulations. Preferred: Bachelor's in healthcare and CP HQP certification.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Upon hire: CSHA (Certified Specialist in Healthcare Accreditation) or HACP (Healthcare Accreditation Certified Professional), or must obtain within 1 year of hire
• 3 years of experience in an acute care facility.
• 2 years of experience working with accreditation standards, and state and federal regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related field.
• Upon hire: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
