Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group is seeking a Regulatory & Accreditation Program Manager to support compliance with accreditation standards and state/federal regulations at its California facilities.

Reporting to the Director of Risk Management, you will oversee activities to ensure readiness for external audits, coordinate with hospital leadership, and drive continuous improvement in risk and compliance processes across the local ministry continuum.

Qualifications

• CSHA or HACP certification required or must be obtained within 1 year.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an acute care facility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with accreditation standards and state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with accreditation standards and regulations.
• Prepare local Ministry continuum to meet external standards.
• Collaborate with Director of Risk Management and care teams.
• Develop and implement risk management and compliance programs.
