- Support the Health System with compliance to accreditation standards and state and federal regulations
- Assist with developing processes to maintain external accreditation, licensure, and certification of system acute care entities and other facilities
- Perform staff duties in support of system initiatives
- Lead the development and implementation of new processes, technologies, and resources for knowledge transfer related to accreditation services programs
- Support, in partnership with Patient Safety, the implementation of Caring Reliably
- Support processes that help Providence become a transparent, learning organization
- Work under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Accreditation and Regulatory Services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Or equivalent education/experience
- 5 years experience in acute care (hospital) setting
- 3 years experience in leadership role for environment of care or emergency management
- Formal training in NFPA code (preferred)
- NIMS training (preferred)
