Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque is seeking an Accreditation and Organizational Supervisor to lead the accreditation program, oversee HR-related hiring and onboarding, and manage QA/QI investigations. This full-time role reports to the Chief of Albuquerque Ambulance and collaborates with Recruiting, HR, and marketing teams.

The position requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and a focus on compliance with CAAS, DOT, state EMS, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Interviewing skills.
• Customer-centered communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors office staff.
• Responsible for hiring, onboarding, and daily management of direct reports.
• Evaluates performance, conducts check-ins, and provides coaching.
• Subject matter expert in records management.
• Manages scheduling and workload distribution for light-duty staff.
• Oversees certifications and accreditations; submits reports and renewals.
• Organizes annual community report with Presbyterian Marketing.
• Coordinates PR events for public relations and recruiting.
• Participates in interviews and coordinates with recruiters.
• Manages social media presence and activities.
• Tracks job requisitions and onboarding processes.
• Assists with orientation, new hire profiles in IT systems.
• Supports monthly headcount forecasting and onboarding academies.
• Assists with employee leave tracking and personnel actions.
• Directs QI incident investigations and follow-ups.
• Interfaces with public for complaint intake and investigation as needed.
• Supports data reporting and metrics/scorecards.
• Remains responsible for Board meeting minutes and related documents.
