Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in pharmacy, healthcare, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmacy accreditation, healthcare compliance, or quality programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for policy drafting and training materials.

Aufgaben

• Maintain knowledge of NABP Digital Pharmacy, URAC, ACHC standards and track compliance gaps.
• Organize evidence libraries, crosswalks, and supporting records; ensure version control.
• Prepare sections of accreditation applications and renewals; coordinate with owners.
• Support mock surveys, scheduling, interviews, and record reviews.
• Log findings, manage CAPs, and escalate overdue items to the Director.
• Review policies and SOPs; draft updates with QA, training, HR, and ops input.
• Monitor updates from accrediting bodies; summarize impacts for leadership.
• Collaborate across accreditation team; provide backup during surveys and renewals.
