Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or a related field.
• CPhT preferred; NABP/URAC/ACHC educational programs a plus.
• 2+ years in pharmacy accreditation, healthcare compliance, quality, training and development, or related operational role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor NABP Digital Pharmacy, URAC, and ACHC standards across program areas; track compliance and evidence needs.
• Collect, organize, and maintain evidence library, crosswalks, and records; ensure version control and readiness for requests.
• Prepare accreditation applications, self-studies, and renewal submissions with owners to gather materials ahead of deadlines.
• Support mock surveys, gap assessments, and staff readiness for surveyors.
• Log findings, manage CAPs, and escalate overdue items to the Director.
• Review policies/SOPs for alignment and collaborate with quality, training, HR, and operations to embed standards into processes.
• Monitor regulatory updates and summarize potential impacts for leadership.
• Collaborate with accreditation team and provide coverage during surveys and renewals.
