Job summary

A healthcare accreditation organization is seeking a Pharmacy Surveyor to conduct accreditation surveys nationwide. The candidate will review documentation, interpret standards, and assist with the Pharmacy Program development. Essential qualifications include being a licensed pharmacist with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in quality assurance. Strong communication skills and frequent travel (up to 75%) are required. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience, including 2 years in quality assurance.
• Experience with USP standards, particularly <795>, <797>, and <800>.
• Experience in an ACHC-accredited PCAB-pharmacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new and renewal Pharmacy accreditation surveys.
• Provide standards interpretation and guidance.
• Review survey documentation and assist in follow-ups.
• Attend trade shows and workshops to promote ACHC.
