Job summary

Ramapo College of New Jersey seeks an Associate Director of Equal Opportunity and Deputy Title IX Coordinator to oversee AA/EEO compliance and lead Title IX investigations. This role includes reporting, policy monitoring, and acting as liaison with state and federal agencies.

Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills are essential. The position requires a Master’s degree or JD and at least five years of related experience in higher education compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of AA/EEO laws, Title IX processes, and investigative best practices.
• Experience conducting workplace, AA/EEO, Title IX, or related investigations in higher education preferred.
• Ability to write, analyze data, and present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with AA/EEO laws, policies, and programs across campus.
• Investigates and resolves discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment complaints.
• Prepares detailed investigation reports and makes disposition recommendations.
• Collaborates with People Operations to review recruitment and employment policies.
• Serves as the affirmative action representative on college committees.
