Join to apply for the Accounts Receivable Team Lead - REMOTE role at US Anesthesia Partners.

US Anesthesia Partners is seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our team remotely. The Team Lead will provide training and in-service to Demographics and Insurance Verification Representatives, assist the Manager with daily operations, and serve as a point of contact in the Manager's absence.

Note: US Anesthesia Partners does not hire candidates residing in New York, California, Hawaii, or Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Demographics and Insurance Verification staff
• Coordinate training for new employees
• Review staff productivity and audits
• Assist in interviews and compile reports
• Run IDX reports and support special projects
• Support staff with account corrections and maintain confidentiality
• Participate in performance reviews and manage timesheets and schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IDX patient accounting system
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly, including some weekends
• High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Minimum one year of experience at Pinnacle

Physical & Working Conditions

• Sitting, bending, and manual dexterity required
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds occasionally
• Work performed in an office environment with frequent staff interaction
