We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable Supervisor to lead a team of AR Specialists in managing client accounts. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely collections, resolving account issues, and supporting the overall health of receivables. The Supervisor will collaborate across departments including client service, operations, accounting, and finance to drive process improvements and support company financial goals. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists to meet individual and team performance goals
• Oversee the full lifecycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, payment application, and issue resolution
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows, support clients, and implement best practices
• Monitor accounts to reduce aging balances, minimize risk, and maintain healthy receivable portfolios
