Job description

Position: Billing / Accounting Assistant (Remote)

Location: Anywhere in U.S.

Compensation: Up to $70K per year

Responsibilities:

1. Manage receivables, contact customers with open invoices, collect payments, and update accounts accordingly.
2. Coordinate with resellers and in-scope customers for quoting, supplier updates, PO issuance, or internal approvals necessary for invoice payments.
3. Prepare consolidated account statements for resellers and MSPs.
4. Identify and resolve billing and account errors or issues.
