We are seeking a highly motivated Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This position will report directly to the Billing Lead and handle a wide range of responsibilities.

We are seeking a highly motivated Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This position will report directly to the Billing Lead and handle a wide range of responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete the client invoices for all scopes of work completed.
• Confirm that all requirements needed to submit the invoice are met.
• Identify any client issues or concerns and provide feedback to the 23rd Group operational team
• Provide team coverage for physical invoice submission to various customers across multiple platforms
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet)
• High- Energy, positive attitude, ability to think outside the box
• Extreme attention to detail and time management
