Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day payment posting for multiple markets.
• Batch, open, and use a 10-key calculator for daily check deposits.
• Manage a ticket queue for research requests, adjustments, and refunds.
• Invoice assigned markets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide customer service with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Collaborate with AR leadership and station personnel to resolve issues.
