Gray Media, a leading owner of local TV stations and digital assets, is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative for our Shared Services group. You will process invoices and payments for multiple TV stations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires prior AP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Mon–Fri, full-time, in-office position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have previous Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scan invoices into AP system.
• Key in vendor invoice details.
• Review and reconcile vendor and invoice detail.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Process and disburse payments.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to resolve discrepancies.
• Support own assigned stations and backups for team.
