Job summary

Stallion Infrastructure Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Collections Clerk to review electronically invoiced customers and ensure billing criteria are met, tracing unpaid invoices to resolve issues. You will monitor AR aging, process payments via CRM, call customers to collect balances, and prepare reports on findings for all accounts investigated; strong Excel skills required.

Qualifications

Experience in accounts receivable or collections is preferred.
Ability to learn and adapt to web-based applications quickly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

Review electronically invoiced customers to ensure billing criteria are met.
Trace unpaid invoices to identify problems and drive resolution.
Prepare reports on findings and actions for investigated accounts.
Monitor AR aging and resolve past due balances.
Process customer payments through the CRM and apply to accounts.
Call customers to collect outstanding balances and maintain cash records.
Close bill cycles monthly and ensure invoices are sent to customers.
Produce monthly revenue close reporting including inventory and revenue allocations.
