Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process incoming payments and post transactions accurately in QuickBooks.
• Monitor customer accounts for past-due balances.
• Reconcile accounts and generate aging reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries.
• Support financial close processes.
• Maintain organized records of A/R activities.
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
