In this role, you will handle payment collections, maintain positive customer relationships, and manage data entry tasks. Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in accounts receivable.
• Ability to maintain a sense of urgency and remain calm in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments and manage data entry.
• Communicate with clients to request and arrange payments.
• Record and track payments in databases.
• Provide guidance for resolving outstanding payment issues.
• Support team members as required.
