Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and data entry skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical services to business units, including data entry, data verification, processing, and monitoring incoming payments.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and payments with accuracy and obtain authorization of payments.
• Verify, classify, compute, record, and post accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile account ledgers and assist during audits; support process improvements.
