Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred; experience may be considered.
3+ years in AR, credit, collections, billing or related accounting function.
Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day AR and collections from domestic and international customers to ensure timely collection of balances.
Monitor AR aging and identify past-due or high-risk accounts.
Contact customers regarding balances and coordinate collection efforts.
Review credit information and set credit limits and terms per policy.
Prepare and process customer invoices; resolve billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate customer master data and collection notes.
Assist with month-end close related to AR and provide analysis.
Support evaluation of allowance for doubtful accounts.
Develop relationships with customers and internal teams to balance service and credit goals.
