Agramont Worldwide Logistics in San Diego, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounting team. You will generate invoices, record payments, and help improve cash flow through timely collections.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in accounts receivable or accounting, QuickBooks experience, and strong Excel skills. You will communicate with customers by phone and email and assist with month-end close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in accounts receivable or accounting.
• Experience using QuickBooks is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers by phone and email.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices.
• Record customer payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances by phone and email.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and answer billing questions.
• Assist with collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Reconcile AR records with bank statements and internal reports.
• Prepare AR reports for management.
• Monitor aging reports and payment trends.
• Maintain accurate customer account information.
• Process chargebacks, returns, and NSF transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service regarding account inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Support Accounting with additional projects as needed.
