Qualifications

• Previous accounts receivable experience including invoicing and cash application.
• Experience reconciling customer payments and researching discrepancies.
• Comfortable with customer portals and e-commerce payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Process, review, and post daily customer invoices based on shipped orders.
• Apply cash receipts, reconcile payments, and verify deposits against system activity.
• Manage invoicing and remittance activity across traditional, retail, and e-commerce customer accounts.
• Process larger payment batches and research payment or account discrepancies.
• Respond to customer AR questions and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
