Job summary

Witt/Kieffer is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle all aspects of the accounts receivable function. This includes billing, cash posting, and collections.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables, strong mathematical skills, and proficiency in basic computer skills. This full-time position requires working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as an accounts receivables clerk.
• Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
• Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send out invoices; maintain up-to-date billing system.
• Accurately apply incoming customer remittances and cash deposits.
• Perform account reconciliations and monitor customer account details.
