Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of accounting procedures and controls.
• Set up new customer data files in Visual including tax information.
• Maintain sales tax exempt certificates on all customers.
• Perform credit checks on new customers.
• Post customer payments accurately and timely.
• Reconcile AR aging and post invoices daily.
• Provide backup to departmental personnel.
