Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of MS Office, Access and Quickbooks.
• Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or similar role.
• Knowledge of collection laws and regulations.
• High school diploma or GED; two years of office experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable reports to identify problematic accounts.
• Contact problematic accounts and negotiate payment terms.
• Reach out to customers to collect overdue invoices.
• Document conversations and agreements accurately.
• Keep customer profiles up to date and communicate with sales.
• Assist walk-in customers and support other office roles as needed.
