HDC MidAtlantic seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the Finance team at the Corporate Office in Lancaster, PA. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, posting payments for rents and corporate billings, and ensuring timely processing in compliance with internal controls.

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality are essential. The position requires a high school diploma, 3 years of AR experience, and the ability to pass drug screening and a background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check required.

Responsabilités

• Post payments from various sources including rents, scanned deposits, and payments made to corporate entities.
• Post monthly HAPs.
• Process and post billings and charges (payroll, health insurance, cell phone, management fees, etc.).
• Deposit monthly escrow checks.
• Transfer money for security deposit move-outs.
• Open and close new bank accounts and maintain accurate signers and records.
• Manage Ramp company credit card program for all employees, including reviewing and posting charges.
