HDC MidAtlantic in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Corporate Office team. You will support the Finance department by posting payments, processing billings, and maintaining accurate receivable records for multiple properties.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 3 years of progressive accounts receivable experience; drug screening and background check are required. Excellent attention to detail and discretion are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
• Successful completion of a drug screening and background check required.

Responsabilidades

• Post payments from rents, scanned deposits, and payments to corporate entities.
• Post monthly HAPs and process billings and charges (payroll, health insurance, etc.).
• Deposit monthly escrow checks and transfer money for security deposits.
• Open/close bank accounts and maintain signers and records; manage Ramp credit card program.
