Qualifications

• High school education/GED and experience as an Accounts Receivable Representative I.
• Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in 10 Key keypad skills.
• Mathematical ability to balance multiple lists and figures.
• Experience with Windows-based PC and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable and customer master data and support AR management.
• Balance AR and general ledger, and assist with month-end reconciliation.
• Process returns, charge-backs, or bank corrections as needed.
• Reconcile bank accounts and perform daily cash tie-ins with the GL.
• Participate in special projects, testing, and training as directed.
