CFS seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own high-volume billing within a nationally recognized association. In this role you will generate invoices for memberships, trainings, and conferences and process payments while supporting member inquiries.

You will collaborate with finance leadership in a hybrid DC setting, leveraging Sage Intacct and Excel to ensure accurate cash postings and reconciliations. This position offers growth and a stable, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience considered.
• 3-5+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience; invoicing, cash applications, payment posting, and reconciliations.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate invoices for memberships, trainings, conferences, subscriptions, and related services.
• Process and post credit card, check, and wire payments.
• Perform daily remote bank deposits and payment processing.
• Process refunds, adjustments, and account transactions.
• Support conference registration activities and membership accounting functions.
• Respond to member and customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
