Job summary

Young Innovations is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage B2B collections, reconcile accounts, and support cash flow. The role collaborates with Sales, Customers, and Finance in a hybrid office setting.

You will handle invoicing, payments, and credit terms while maintaining strong customer relationships and contributing to timely cash collection. The position emphasizes efficiency and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior successful experience in effectively managing collections for a large portfolio of B2B customers.
• High volume data entry experience.
• High school diploma; some college or Associate’s Degree a plus; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Collections: manage B2B accounts receivable and collection activities for an assigned territory through phone and email communication.
• Account Management & Customer Support: audit and correct customer database setup and maintenance issues; research account discrepancies; build positive relationships.
• Financial Operations & Team Support: assist with month-end close activities, support reconciliations, cross-train in other territories, manage incoming mail and payments.
