Job summary

Clarke Power services is an industry leader in its field, with over 60 years of experience. The Corporate headquarters in Sharonville, Ohio, seeks an Accounts Receivable Staff member to manage a portfolio of customers, perform cash posting, apply payments, and resolve delinquencies.

The role involves working with internal teams to maintain accurate records and timely invoicing. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least two years of experience, and strong Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly aging and follow-up with customers to determine a solution for uncollected amounts.
• Manage ~700 active AR accounts per specialist.
• Work with internal and external customers to ensure all Accounts Receivable are in sound condition.
• Resolve customer claims and disputes.
• Cash application and reconciliation of specified accounts.
• Credit increase approvals.
• Review and mail monthly statements, printed on the 3rd business day of the month.
