INTEGRA Biosciences US is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team in Hudson, NH. You will process payments, apply receipts, monitor aging, and support collections efforts while maintaining accurate customer records and strong internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; INFOR ERP a plus; strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply daily customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Record, track, and reconcile payments via wire, checks, ACH, and credit cards.
• Monitor AR aging and identify delinquent accounts and discrepancies.
• Contact B2B customers about past-due balances and coordinate collections.
• Generate AR reports, collections metrics, and KPI dashboards.
• Assist with monthly cash collections forecasting and reporting.
