Job summary

INTEGRA Biosciences US is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our Finance team. You will process customer payments, maintain records, monitor aging, and assist with cash application and reconciliations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 2–3 years in AR or collections, and proficiency with ERP systems (INFOR ERP) and MS Office. Strong communication and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting function.
• Experience working with ERP systems; INFOR ERP experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Working knowledge of B2B billing, collections practices, and AR processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service capabilities.
• Experience with cash application, account reconciliation, and collections reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply daily customer payments accurately and promptly.
• Record, track, and reconcile payments via wire, checks, ACH, and cards.
• Monitor AR aging and address delinquent accounts and discrepancies.
• Contact B2B customers about past-due balances and coordinate collections.
• Generate AR reports, metrics, and KPIs.
• Support month-end closing and maintain customer documentation.
