East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking an A/R Specialist to efficiently manage assigned customer accounts, monitor payments, issue credits, and resolve discrepancies daily.

You will collaborate with internal teams to identify optimization opportunities and support billing processes across departments. The role requires solid organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

Competenze

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook; basic accounting knowledge.

Mansioni

• Directly responsible for assigned customer accounts, researching and resolving payment discrepancies or deductions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimized results.
• Monitor and update payment discrepancies daily; code into categories and communicate with departments for resolution.
• Resolve customer questions regarding statements, invoices, and credits; assist with inquiries on payments.
• Understand processes surrounding redistributions, transfers, daily reconciliation, cash application, and AR portal.
• Provide training to warehouse personnel on General Accounting processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or automate processes and implement solutions.
• Assist with audits and system implementations; participate in department projects.
