Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle invoicing process and ensure accurate billing.
• Process cash receipts and apply payments to customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and conduct collections activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining relationships.
