Qualifications

• Knowledge of GAAP and general financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Process manual and wire payments.
• Review invoices and update the company database.
• Monitor and verify payments with vendors.
• Review AR balance and reconcile discrepancies.
• Post customer payments (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Liaise with banks to verify electronic transfers and card payments.
• Create vendor files and 1099s; generate banking reports.
