CFS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Wisconsin to join a stable, family-owned organization. The role suits a recent associate degree graduate or someone with 1–4 years AR experience, offering a consistent schedule and potential career growth within the company.

You will handle payments, deposits, reconciliations, and communicate with Credit/Collections as part of a larger, long-tenured team.

Qualifications

• Recent associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in accounts receivable or entry-level accounting preferred.
• Strong Excel and Office skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Apply customer payments by cash, checks, ACH, wire, and card transactions.
• Prepare daily deposits and process card payments and refunds.
• Research payment discrepancies and customer questions; reconcile accounts.
• Process sales adjustments and returns; maintain accurate records.
• Run monthly reconciliations and collaborate with Credit/Collections on outstanding matters.
