Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer organ and tissue accounts receivable and billing.
• Maintain accounts receivable records and documentation.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and timely.
• Post credit memos accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and perform collection activities.
• Provide reporting on donor statistics and billing metrics.
