Job summary

Donor Network of Arizona is seeking an Accounting Associate, Accounts Receivable to support billing operations, maintain AR records, and assist with collections and reporting. The role works across teams including transplant centers and tissue processors to ensure billing accuracy and timely payments.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months in AR or related accounting, strong data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Accounts receivable experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months related experience.
• Ability to enter, maintain, and reconcile financial data.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Administer organ and tissue accounts receivable and billing.
• Maintain billing records and documentation.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and perform collection activities.
• Collaborate with finance and other teams on reporting and special projects.
