Qualifications

• Three years of billing/insurance follow-up and/or credit balance experience in medical practice or hospital settings.
• CPC certification is a plus.
• Dental, vision, behavioral health and/or DME billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Submit and process insurance claims and charges.
• Investigate denials to determine the best action to obtain payment.
• Maintain department production and quality metrics.
• Communicate with internal and external customers clearly and professionally.
