Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, account reconciliation, or general accounting reconciliation projects.
• Experience with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics).
• Experience navigating SAP sub-ledgers (F-32, or S/4HANA) is highly desirable to minimize onboarding time.

Responsibilities

• Review customer sub-ledgers to match and clear open debits, credits, unapplied cash, and offset balances.
• Analyze transaction history to identify corresponding credit memos.
• Data integrity: ensure customer account balances reflect real-time liabilities before project closeout.
• Collaborate with the internal A/R Specialist and Accounting Manager to resolve discrepancies.
