Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume work accurately.
• Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with customers regarding account questions and collections.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts receivable transactions and post customer payments.
• Handle daily deposits, match checks to invoices, and process pricing corrections.
• Support collections efforts by responding to customer inquiries and participating in a shared phone queue.
• Process accounting batches that generate journal entries and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Manage a designated portfolio of accounts while collaborating with teammates to meet department goals.
