Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to manage all accounts receivable functions for assigned accounts, pursue outstanding payments, and maintain accurate records. This role requires heavy customer contact by phone and careful attention to detail.

The position involves negotiating payoff deadlines or payment plans, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to minimize delinquencies. Regular full-time employment in the US is offered.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of collections experience.
• Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner to achieve collections targets/goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and intranet/internet.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all accounts receivable related functions for assigned accounts.
• Make heavy phone contacts with customers to identify payment status.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans and document outcomes.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues; update account status in the system.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate collections.
