Job summary

SEW-EURODRIVE - USA in Ohio is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to post cash to our A/R system and support collections. The role requires precision in data entry and strong analytical skills.

You will use SAP to post payments, maintain aging AR reports, and assist with payment discrepancies. Competitive pay and a robust benefits package start on day one, with a 1st shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Certification or Associate's Degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience with accounts receivable and cash postings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash deposits and wire payments to SAP and log them in cash records.
• Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies, documenting findings.
• Maintain Aging Accounts Receivable reports.
• Analyze credit requests and pricing issues to resolve payments.
• Back up on entering Accounts Payable invoices when needed.
