Bunzl is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Perth Amboy, NJ to own a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and drive timely collections. This day-shift, onsite role partners with Sales to keep cash flow moving and AR current.

You’ll handle credit holds, disputes, and invoice issues while maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include contacting customers, reviewing short pays, and applying payments.

Formación

• 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable with strong collections focus.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and credit practices.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and CoPilot.

Responsabilidades

• Contact customers with outstanding balances and manage collections.
• Review short pays, resolve billing issues, and maintain customer relationships.
• Apply cash and credit card payments to open invoices.
• Monitor AR aging and keep it within budget.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales on credit policy.
