Job summary

Ultipro is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer accounts, improve cash flow, and deliver excellent service. You will work with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to resolve payment issues and ensure timely collections.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, dispute resolution, and collaboration with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to maintain positive relationships and reduce delinquencies.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Experience in collections or AR is preferred.
• Proficiency with business software and attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage an assigned territory of customer accounts using aging reports and collection tools.
• Contact customers regarding overdue invoices via phone, email, and other approved channels.
• Document collection activities, payment commitments, and account status updates.
• Achieve and maintain collection performance goals, including a 70% receivables target.
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and payment issues; collaborate with internal teams.
